This online class is intended for product designers and product managers with some experience building and shipping digital products.

This short course is a how-to for Remote Design Sprints, it teaches how to set up a sprint in a remote environment, the tools needed, how it is conducted and how long it should take.

The goal is to empower attendees with the tools and techniques that can be applied to teams to adopt this emerging practice, and build the right thing.

Like all remote sessions and workshops, you'll benefit from dual monitors and headphones, other than that you should be good to go.

The workshop kicks off with a 15 min presentation on how we run Remote Design Sprints at Ready Set Go.

Next, we introduce the main tool we use for Remote Design Sprints, a virtual white board and real time collaboration tool, Miro.

We'll run a simulated business problem, with attendees acting as sprint team participants. We show you all the activities we conduct and simulate a few of them so you get to experience it first hand.

Using an example business, we'll create an experience map, prioritize areas of interest with dot voting and develop opportunities for solutions with How Might We's.

You'll leave with an understanding of how to run your own remote Design Sprint to generate solutions for your next big idea, with your team or in your organization.
